1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website ( www.Mugs-n-Mats.co.uk ). By accessing this website and\or placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions

2. Personalisation (customisation)

If you have asked us to personalise any items, we agree to use reasonable skill and care in applying the details to your item. You must take as much care and consideration to the design as possible in providing us your personalisation instructions. We cannot accept liability for any incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear. On some rare occasions we may need to alter your requested wording slightly to fit with the graphic/design layout. We will keep this to an absolute minimum and try to ensure that the sentiment of your message isn't altered in any way.

We may refuse to personalise any items if we feel that the personalisation is offensive and\or illegal. If picture/image or quote is copyrighted please make sure you have the copyright holders written permision!!! . You agree to indemnify us against any claims or costs we may incur because your instructions cause us to break the law or rights of anyone.

If you ask us to alter your personalisation after the order has been received, we will make our best efforts to do so, however this cannot be guaranteed because it depends how far the order has been processed. Sometimes this could result in an increased cost or fee, which we promise to inform you of before going ahead with any changes of personalisation on your behalf.

3. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order with us -

Please contact us at sales@Mugs-n-mats.co.uk - Before we have dispatched the goods to you, or, if the goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the item in accordance with the clause below:-

The goods must be returned in as new unused condition with all original packing. Postage for the return of the item is to be funded by you, and the item must be returned within 7 days from your receipt of the goods. The rights to return the goods to us will not apply if the goods have been customised specifically to your requirements unless the mistake was made by us.
